ALARM MONITORING AND FITTING

Watchdog Security Services Ltd supply and fit alarm systems for retail, commercial and residential premises; not only do you get peace of mind from having this fitted we also provide a fully accredited alarm monitoring service. All our engineers are NSI/nacoss/GOLD registered. BT Red care, smoke cloak, scantronic control panels, elvey CCTV installers and we only supply SISS Insurance Approved Alarm Systems and we only use Online Digital, BT red care, GSM Sequential, monitoring stations for your peace of mind.

KEYHOLDING AND ALARM RESPONSE

Watchdog Security Services Ltd provide a fast, effective response to any security related emergency or alarm activation by sending our highly trained officers to your premises to investigate and take the appropriate action when we become your key holder. This reduces the burden of your own staff responding to and alarm activation especially at late hours of the night. This service runs between 17:00 hours to 09:00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours weekend and bank holidays.

In the event of an alarm activation our response teams will respond immediately, investigate the cause of the activation and conduct a reset if the alarm does not appear to have been caused by an intruder. We then liaise with the alarm monitoring company and the local authorities if necessary and, if needed, any additional emergency services (such as boarding up), and of course would stay at your premises until this had been completed.

We also supply setting and deactivation of your alarm systems so relieving you and your employees of the inconvenience of locking and checking your premises at the end of a busy day.

Watchdog Security Services Ltd supply fully accredited security operatives who specialise in gatehouse, CCTV monitoring, deliveries, traffic management, weighbridge controlling as well as many other security related services.

Watchdog Security Services Ltd retail security officers undertake duties such as tag checks in store promotions, deliveries, store protection, loss prevention and most importantly fronting your premises in a professional manner and image.

Watchdog Security Services Ltd also provide cover on shopping centres, first by acting as a visual deterrent against shoplifters, second by liasing between store owners and center management recognising that retailers wish to create the right shopping environment and experience for their esteemed customers.
